LEGOPalooza 2010 is this weekend – tomorrow (Saturday, March 13th) from 11 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 4 PM. Although there are some returning displays, a surprising amount of what’s there to see this year is new. We hope to see you there!

Hi, we have this event on our calendar, but have some sports conflicts. We were wondering if this was worth cancelling or other committments for. And making the hour drive. I can’t find much information on this, actually none. Even on the Morehead site. Are there displays only? How many, more than 10? Is there any hands on activities for kids? Are there any lego items for sale? Loose pieces, new? I have a 1st and 3rd grader… is this appropriate or is this for adults mostly to view displays? Please help me out here. Maybe you have photos or something? Thanks!
As of right now, there are about a dozen displays here. There are no hands-on activities or items for sale. All of the displays are kid-friendly, but this display is the work of an adult hobby group (NCLUG) and not a children’s free-for-all.
We’ve been posting recaps of our shows on this site for a while now. Here are some of posts about last year’s LEGOPalooza:
