BrickMagic is now just over a month away. I highly recommend planning your trip now while tickets are still available – this convention/festival is going to be huge and it may sell out. Since this combines FIRST LEGO League competitions, an AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO) convention, an NCLUG show, a Nathan Sawaya build event, a BrickFilm festival, a LEGO boat race, a Mother’s Day rose build, and still plenty more exciting events, this is guaranteed to be a great time for all. Tickets are required to attend ($12 per person, $8 for kids and seniors, moms get in free on Mother’s Day), but you can preorder now to save $1 per ticket and avoid having to wait at the door.
For those of you considering joining becoming an exhibitor at this event (most of NCLUG will be there as exhibitors), the deadline for registering as an exhibitor is April 15th. The exhibitor’s fee is $50, but that includes table space at the event, two additional days of LEGO fun, and a number of special building/shopping/social events that are not open to the public.
